Products

We make every effort to accurately display the colours, materials, and details of our products. However, as each Fragrance Flower is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, and finish may occur between items — this is a natural feature of handmade goods, not a fault.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
