Processing Time

All Alchemy Garden orders are handmade to order in Stambridge. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.

UK Delivery

We currently offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders, shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48

• Delivery cost: Free

• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch (not guaranteed by Royal Mail)

• Every order includes tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s journey from dispatch to your door

• Orders are shipped in protective packaging to ensure your Fragrance Flower arrives safely

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur during busy periods (such as the festive season) or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s progress right up to delivery.

International Delivery

At this time, Alchemy Garden ships within the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We’re unable to accept responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
